  1. ZC-20-157 Chisholm Trail West PD-1276 Expansion

    Start of Event: October 28, 2020


    Area Neighborhood Homeowners-

    Earlier this year, PD-1276 Planned Development zoning for “C” Multi-family was approved on the northern 22.569 acres (shown in tan on the attached zoning map). This zoning allows apartments with up to 24 dwelling units per acre.

    This new zoning case (ZC-20-157) is proposing to decrease the density (to “CR” zoning) and expand the area (by 11.446 acres) to the south. Instead of traditional suburban apartments on this tract (34.015 acres total), a planned cottage community development is being planned. The development will be a mixture of single family detached, duplexes and single family attached/townhouses.

    The “PD-C” zoning is proposed to be shifted to the south to a 15.152 acre tract, reducing the “G” Commercial zoning area.
